My biggest challenge is getting enough calories when I ride. I am maintain about a 1400 calorie diet when I ride, and I am not loosing weight. Cheryl feels like I am not getting enough calories, but it is hard for me, due to the fact that I don't like a varied amount of items. And I need to be able to eat on the run as well...
I also had a slip with soft drinks, and that has casued my weight loss to HALT!.
Not gaining, but need to get back to my plan...
